BidPilot is a platform that helps freelancers and agencies discover job opportunities, generate proposals, and manage their freelance business. We provide tools including job aggregation, AI-powered matching, proposal generation, and pipeline management.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use BidPilot
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute job listings without authorization
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to access the service without permission
• Violate the terms of connected third-party platforms

5. Third-Party Integrations

BidPilot may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Upwork, freelance job boards). Your use of these integrations is subject to both our terms and the third party's terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

6. AI-Generated Content

BidPilot uses AI to generate proposals and recommendations. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

The BidPilot service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Uplizd Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using our service.

8. Payment and Subscriptions

• Some features require a paid subscription
• Payments are processed securely through our payment provider
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uplizd Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of BidPilot. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

BidPilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that jobs listed will result in contracts, that proposals will be successful, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of BidPilot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
